I was a team member of the Division 1 Davidson College Volleyball team where we competed in the Atlantic 10 Conference. As a player I improved time management skills by balancing 30-40 hours of team activities with full academic course load, developed communication skills through team-building and working with diverse individuals, and volunteered at places within the Davidson community. I was also selected by my coaches to participate in an Athlete's Leadership Conference where I focused on improving my leadership skills and developing my leadership philosophy and was selected as captain by my teammates for the 2017-2018 season.
