      A week shadowing a company law attorney in one of the industries top law firms. I was given responsibilities in attending meetings with clients seeking advice on mergers, sitting in on client calls to take minutes and researching and sufficiently learning the different requirements of company Articles. This opportunity gave me a great insight and practice around the administrative function and logistics of working in a law firm.       Over the summer I returned to Locke Lord LLP for two weeks, shadowing a corporate law attorney. I had the opportunity to get involved in cases involving the formation and avoidance of prospectus'. I was also lucky enough to gain real life experience in the form of the basics of letter drafting, taking part in meetings, and even getting to sit in on a case in the Rolls Building.
