My responsibilities included Office Administration and Procurement.Office Administration: Created monthly expense reports for management. Verified and approved credit card expense charges for five managers and supervisors. Managed timecard entries for 10+ employees and generated timekeeping reports. Reconciled department credits to ensure purchases were properly ledgered. Coordinated office supplies and ledgered expenses into proper cost centers and accounts. Supported tradeshow program logistics, including registrations and hotel/airline reservations.Procurement: Created and managed over 1,800 requisitions per year, totaling over $5M per year over the past 5 years. Set up 300+ new vendors inside the SAP system and navigated SAP to perform procurement functions. Liaised between the vendor, department, procurement, and accounting. Developed vendor and hierarchy reports to support the promotional expenses and purchase of media space. Reviewed departmental budgets and re-classified expenses as required. Maintained spreadsheets to track postage and other advertising program expenses.
