  I began my career with People's Aliiance FCU in the Accounting Department. I have prepared financial statements, handled daily figures, ordered merchandise for our branches, ran and prepared monthly reports. I worked myself up to Accounting Coordinator until 2007 when I changed career paths and joined the Human Resources Department. I worked with Patricia O'Connell, VP of Human Resources from 2007-2013 until she retired. I learned a lot from Patty and was promoted to Manager, Human Resources in 2008 and most recently to Senior Manager, Human Resources in March of 2014. I currently serve on the HIA-LI HR subcommittee and have been a member of the HIA-LI Human Resources committee for over 10 years. I am also a member of the SHRM-LI, Society of Human Resources Management. Show less
