  Manage staff of 6 supervisors, 45 social workers in the child welfare division. We provided in-home services to families, Child Protective investigations and needed services, foster care and adoptions. I served as member of the management team to help with the administrative planning and quality assessment of all programs. I was appointed the community relations representative and worked in the community to keep them informed of available services through DSS, and to help promote community support of all DSS programs as well as to maintain community involvement.
