Through technology, her coaching skills and a solid passion for Olympic Weightlifting, Mary is obsessed with revolutionising how women experience Menopause. The Strong Formula Ecosystem uniquely underpins a woman who is pre-menopausal, going through, or post- menopausal and provides a non-hormonal method of alleviating the symptoms. Mary also founded Menotique -Strong Formula's Menopause BOUTIQUE for women's health & wellness. Providing a one-stop-shop for all goods relating to menopause health and wellness and more importantly a GLOBAL HUB for Strong Formula retail partners to showcase their best wellness related products dedicated to supporting women 40+.
