  Metrifit is HST's monitoring system for athletes and coaches. Metrifit’s platform allows an athlete to input specific data daily which is then collated and allows the production of customized reports for the user. The platform looks at key data across four different areas: psychological, physical, technical and emotional encompassing health indicators, training, tests, competitions, injury and rehabilitation and nutrition. Medical Staff, including Physical Therapists can input data and track injury and rehabilitation. In the communication module this allows coaches and staff to upload video clips, review performances and communicate at a group and individual level.
