I had the pleasant opportunity to work with Mary Brittain at Telecare Corporation in Anaheim, CA. As Residential Coordinator I was directly supervised by Mary Brittain who was the Housing Specialist for our program. During this time I was guided and trained to effectively and efficiently learn the procedures of networking with the different agencies that make collaborative efforts possible. This ensured our clients to obtain and maintain housing opportunities, and minimize evictions. Mary is extremely organized and creates a positive work space. She is efficient and detailed in accurately completing all documentation needed to submit applications to ensure quick turnaround time.
