Job Duties include all ventilator care, Intensive care unit and now Manager,Writing SOPS,learning new things everyday,love my job,the people I work with are the best,caring ,and experienced people. emergency room coverage. Member o Rapid Response Team, I teach BLS,I monitor and keep track of all oxygen needs in-house., and for home care needs. Work with Community Home Oxygen for oxygen set-ups. I attend all Discharge rounds, Talk with Drs, about discharge needs and In-house needs I manage my ventilator patients and recommend the changes needed. I also monitor my pts on the floor and recommend changes that are needed, I have a very good rapport with the medical staff, Work On SOPS and Department policies, Teach at nurse orientation, Teach nurses, Drs, and staff on equipment, Implemented getting and using new equipment to benefit the Vets.
