After nearly 5 years as a CPS worker, I moved into the role of a Trainer for the State of Michigan - MCSC. In this position, I provided trainings on a variety of topics: 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Embracing Change and Communicating with Impact, among them. It was an excellent opportunity to work with great people from all departments in the State of Michigan.

I am privileged to have a position in which I can focus on the safety and well-being of children and their right to be raised in an environment conducive to positive growth and self-respect with dignity and a lack of fear. Protective Services also has central to it's mission, the preservation of families and keeping children within the home whenever possible.
