  I am an innovative educator who looks at the big picture while identifying key concepts and strategies.My goals : To Design, establish and implement a STEM program at Lansdale Catholic High School.Organize and develop a STEM lecture series. Construct a rigorous STEM Honors Program and Certificate of Excellence in STEM.Conduct longitudinal, group, and individual analysis for standardized test and AP scores.Coordinate with local colleges to provide dual enrollment courses offered at a reduced cost.Connect with varied colleges and university to have LC students collaborate on research projects.Develop a career or job shadow program for students in all STEM areas. Investigate student preparedness concerns by competitive colleges or university and create improvement plans.Based on current global trends, analyze and recommend curriculum advances.Increase the STEM courses offered and AP courses.Encourage student engagement in STEM competitions and careers.With LaSalle University, promote and initiate the OPEN MINDS COMPETITION for innovative solutions.Introduce and supervise the utilization of a learning preference assessment.Incorporate the Middle States objective of college readiness and career awareness into STEM presentations and activities.Introduce and promote the STEM program to feeder schools.Provide college and career counseling for all students interested in a STEM major.Offer differentiated guidance recommendations to faculty and students.Create a teacher resource page in collaboration with the technology lead.Establish an online portfolio for all incoming students which is a fluid document connected to their Lansdale Catholic email account.Distribute academic contest information across disciplines to promote participation in competitions by all departments.Meet with prospective students and parents to explain the STEM opportunities.
