I organized and managed the company’s CRM database to ensure that both existing and potential client information were accurate and up to date. I also designed a presentation that highlighted the functionality of posting Instagram stories in generating new clients as well as increasing existing followers’ involvement. Backing up my findings with research, I identified what type of content would be the most successful in order to foster new followers and develop a more engaging profile.
