I was involved in a research project which consisted in designing and implementing an SDN-based framework for communications over wireless LTE networks. The proposed system explores eventual opportunities to optimally manage established connections of the QUIC protocol over SDN-based LTE systems. My main tasks include: + Define the architecture of the simulation framework + Develop and integrate the simulator's software (C++) + Debug, troubleshoot and make appropriate fixes for the software + Define simulation and testing scenarios for the proposed framework + Analyze simulation outputs to measure the simulator's performance Programming tools and languages: + C/C++, Linux (Ubuntu), Shell scripting, NS-3, Matlab scripting, LXC containers Technical skills: + LTE, Evolved Packet Core (EPC), TCP/IP, UDP, QUIC, Routing, QoS Mobility: 2 months at Ericsson - Kista (Sweden) as a visiting researcher.
