Issue invoices for clients. Verify that invoices are maintained in compliance with contracts and accepted policies and procedures. Update, maintain and monitor inventory databases, verify vouchers and preform data entry. Gather and organize the required documents for issuing invoices.Keep up to date with company branches in terms of data and information. Revise and organize invoices before charging the client. Staying in touch with the clients to check for any inquiries or problems and resolving issues.Revise new contacts. Record client payments on the system.Prepare statements and reports concerning clients and inventory status.Conduct reports for wells including its activity and history. Prepare bonus sheets for service engineers.Maintain the office computers and networking devices in terms of software, hardware and troubleshooting wise. Maintain the network status of the office and all the computers connected to it and observe and protect them via online and locally based enterprise security programs. Maintain the company’s system software in terms of bug reporting, ongoing issues and development proposals for the accounting department.
