  As member of the project-team to introduce the Lean-principles into Eurofins Lab Zeeuws-Vlaanderen BV I received training to do so. In this training I learned to implement principles and tools such as 'Value Stream Mapping' (VSM), 'Poka Yoke' (error reduction possibilities), 'Line balancing', '5S' (making everything findable by cleaning and sorting), help build Performance Boards with KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and performing 'Performance Meetings' with the Pesticide-extraction Departement in January 2016. Als buschauffeur voor GVU Utrecht diende ik alle routes te rijden gedurende alle uren dat de bussen reden met alle beschikbare materiaal van 8 meter binnenstadbussen tot 25 meter dubbelgelede bussen voor de ritten naar de Uithof (Universiteits campus).
