  Implement storage solutions for Windows and UNIX / LINUX based servers and server software in clustered, highly-available and standalone environments. Provides architecture, installation, and configuration of our EMC DMX / VMAX and Cisco SAN Solutions. Assists with design, architecture, and management of backup and restore services Works with internal customers to manage systems integration testing, load/stress testing, and user acceptance testing processes. Collaborates on development of a CLIENT’S configuration management process; performs other duties as assigned. 1. Streamline several processes for assigning storage to servers in the environment by creating template to be used when requesting storage, such as type of storage required, LUN size, and servers that the storage will be masked and mapped too. 2. Manage and design the layout of the new EMC Control Center servers prior to the installation of the software using Visio Diagrams and pre staging on the software and client agents minimizing downtime to bare minimum. 3. Documented and confirm the steps and procedures to remove and replace a Fiber Director Control card on the EMC array would not cause any down time during the replacement the task was to take three hours to complete, since we did not have any issues the task was completed within one hour and thirty minutes including testing.
