When I started working at the Department of Education one year ago I was lucky enough to be able to be mentored by Maruschka. Through her mentoring and skill in developing talent I have been lucky enough to advance my career from an entry level clerk 1/2 to a clerk grade 6. Maruschka is always willing to help and is generous and kind in the constructive feedback she provides, allowing for professional growth and development. Anyone who is lucky enough to be mentored by Maruschka in the future will be able to learn and develop their skill set, particularly in communication, collaboration, knowledge about government protocols and project management. If you are looking for a skilled mentor to develop staff Maruschka is an excellent choice as she is professional, kind and effervescent.

I have worked with Maruschka for many years and have always found to be excellent, quick on the ball and able to handle any questions regarding my work. I can't recommend her highly enough for her professionalism and her ability to go beyond her duty to help us out. Lawrence Machado
