  The design approach starts from the first meetings with the client, going through the sketches that give rise to the idea, optimizing it in a close iteration with all those involved, generating the first technical and graphic proposals, to end with a consolidated project in a technical file, some 3D views and a physical model if the client requires it. It is worth noting the importance of developing an approximation to the total cost of the project. More than two years directing a new initiative focused exclusively on architectural development, with the aim of influencing more in the design experience without leaving behind the construction capabilities that I maintain as director of another company.
