Kevin Stansfield, ★Business Growth Expert★

Having just spent another fantastic day being trained by Martyn, I felt compelled to write a recommendation. There are very few authors of that combine insight, empirical data, and a how too approach to business management and leadership. Stephen covey, Jim Collins are the two best known and Martyn should be up there with them. If you care about your people, if you want to build the best business possible and if you want to make a difference in the world, then you have to become an emotional capitalist.

Simon Hedley

Martyn is one of the few people that understands the very human nature of what is truly important in Leadership, Entrepreneuship and Legacy. He has an amazing comprehensive understanding of many fields and has been able to in the real world see the impact of subtle changes in people's mindset and beliefs and skills including in some of the largest organisations as well as some of the most important. He is a great speaker and also able to make a difference to individuals in a short time. His core work I have been recommending for many years and I urge you to become familiar with as well.
