Taking the position at Coty, I took responsibility for all media planning and optimization for Rimmel, Max Factor, and Bourjois, reporting to Head of Media & digital for Easter Europe. From 2018, I have been reporting directly to Marketing Director EE.From July 2019, I additionally took on responsibility for e-commerce content management for the total Coty portfolio. My key projects and accomplishments in the area of media and digital included:- Preparing media recommendations for most significant category events, including the proposal of budget allocation between brands, markets, touchpoints, and initiatives. - Delivering numerous 360 campaigns for color category brands in Poland, Czech, and Romania, being responsible for media plans creation and campaign optimization. - Developing a foundation finder chatbot for the Rimmel brand- Co-leading the process of reworking paid search strategy for color brands, leading to increased market coverage and a significant ad quality improvement. - Creating a new social media dashboard, equipping brand teams with a better tool for content managementIn terms of e-commerce, key projects I delivered:- Renegotiating e-commerce agency contract, generating 0.5 mln PLN saving for the company in the fee.- Developing an e-commerce content quality standard for Coty and implementing a content management tool. As a result, I brought significant simplification and acceleration of content approval and delivery process to clients. - Supporting the sales team in opening new clients by preparing a market mapping, creating the pitch deck, and contributing to trade terms creation from the marketing side.

Having been promoted to the specialist position, I took responsibility for digital media planning and optimization for all Consumer Product Division campaigns. My role was to ensure marketing objectives were clearly translated into media objectives and that the recommendation delivered well against the campaign goal. I was responsible for the final choice of touchpoints, media formats, and KPIs setting. I continued to work on digital content creation. Examples of solutions I have helped launch included a hair diagnosis for L’Oreal Paris, a skin diagnosis for Mixa, an online game for L’Oreal Men Expert, and a Maybelline campaign featuring an interactive video.

Key projects delivered: - Launching Mixa.pl website - I was a project leader in charge of gathering inputs from the brand marketing team and coordinating the agency’s work on information architecture, wireframing, layout, and content preparation. The website has been built from scratch locally and launched within six months.- Launching Garnier skin active digital campaign. As part of this project, I built a digital hub with educational & product content and an online creator, which allowed users to personalize their Garnier gadgets. I was also responsible for creating digital banners promoting the product line and driving traffic to the landing page.- Other projects I was engaged in included developing landing pages and digital creatives for multiple campaigns, including L’Oreal’s flagship product lines such as Maybelline Lash Sensational, Garnier Fructis or L’Oreal Paris True match
