  I manage the supply chain for five separate factories that are located inside Federal Prisons in several different states. The factories that I support employs Federal Inmates to produce protective wear textile products that are sold to the military and government agencies. This position presents the unique challenge of being a law enforcement officer first but still being able to provide a top quality product to our customers produced by an all Inmate workforce.
