Informal is a premier product design network, bringing together world-class talent from companies like Google, MakerBot, SpaceX, and Peloton. I served as Product Manager for the cloud platform of an industry leading 3D printing company. The platform enabled customers to queue, collaborate and manage 3D prints. In this role I managed feature development. Notable accomplishments during my 12 month contract: ➤ Cloud Product Revamp: Led sprint planning for the company's 2.0 release of the cloud product. Collaborated closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to foster increased cloud adoption. ➤ Churn Reduction: Identified a critical pain point in the user journey responsible for an 80% churn rate and drove development of workflows to mitigate this. ➤ Platform Integration: Facilitated transition between two cloud platforms, ensuring a smooth and consistent user experience. Creating social media content shouldn't feel like another full-time job, especially for busy real estate agents. What if the algorithm worked for you? Generating posts using your likes, branding, and unique personality? That's what Cavelit aims to achieve. Cavelit started with a single AR Instagram filter for a Boston-based Real Estate Developer. The filter went viral, generating hundreds of organic posts. That's when the lightbulb went off, content creation shouldn't be harder than scrolling Instagram. Since that success: ➤Partnered with over 1,000 real estate brands, from the towering high-rises of NYC to Dublin's quaint, historic streets. ➤Bolstered brand visibility for local real estate brands, racking up over 10 million views and boosting local market presence. ➤Never stopped innovating, evolving from a one-off branding products to a full-fledged content subscription service, delivering monthly posts to the inbox of realtors. The platform is A.I. powered, but it's not about the tech - it's about using innovation to streamline content creation, saving you time and effort. Show less

Cognizant, is a global leader in IT services across; financial services, media, healthcare, and more. It's a multi-national giant behind the services you use daily. My role was to manage automated QA tests for a Fortune 50s telecommunication network. My responsibilities included: ➤ QA Scripting: Developed UNIX test scripts to prevent the world’s phone calls from dropping. Also a crash course in the command line. From personal experience never enter 'rm -rf /' ➤ Network Diagnosis: Imagine Sherlock Holmes but for network communication. Investigated dropped packets, identified guilty servers and notified the appropriate authorities. As a bonus, complex architecture diagram don’t scare me. ➤ Hackathon Winner: Awarded 1st place and $10,000 at AT&T's Developer Summit for building a collaborative VR solution. It overlayed 3D avatars on a VR headset so you can see someone’s eyes. Crazy? Fast forward 7 years and Apple’s Vision Pro built the same thing. Go figure. Show less

Erodr pioneered social features such as; expiring, anonymous, and private photo messages. It never become the next Facebook, but I learned about mass-market product development (do's and don'ts). As a Product Ambassador at the University of Illinois, my responsibilities included: ➤ Guerrilla Marketing: Putting stickers on lamposts, purchasing insomnia cookies for sororities, and sharing the occasional meme. Whatever it took to grow the user base. ➤ Voice of the Student: Provided insights into what was working for students. I had a deck with user experience improvement. Sadly, it’s buried in an inaccessible university email. ➤ Quality Assurance: My introduction to TestFlight. The excitement of a beta build hasn't lost its charm. Show less
