  Currently I serve as the EA Tech for the Simmons Elementary School. Provides network, computer desktop, printer, Smartboard and Epson projector, Apple TV and iPad support to the (4) Administrative staff, (18) teachers and (27) Support Staff. Also demonstrates, maintains, and assists teachers and approximately 396 kindergarten thru 5th grade students with connecting, accessing and utilizing various robotic education devices which include ( WeDo Legos, Sphero Minis, OZOBOTS, Dash, OSMO stations and applications. Provides daily recess services and crossing guard duties. Worked as a Seasonal Computer Assistant for the Aberdeen School District Tech Center during the summer. I assisted with removing Cat5 cable and installed Cat6 cable in all of the ASD Schools to enhance the new network bandwidth increase for the upcoming school year. Climbed ladders to work above the ceilings, removed and replaced ceiling tiles as needed, installed approximately 49000 feet of Cat6 cable.   I am the Supervisor of the Information Technology Office at the Cheyenne River Health Center. I supervisor four full time IT employees. We support over 350 employees for the IHS and CRST Tribal Health with four remote clinics that are included in our coverage. Some of the technologies we've successfully deployed infectious control keyboards and mice, 20 wireless tablets, smart board technology, video conferencing, VioP phone and voice mail system,video surveillance system and wireless network access. We are in the process of upgrading our network infrastructure to a higher speed network bandwidth pipe, new computers, high volume severs, printers. We have implemented Dragon Naturally Speaking applications for our providers to improve with patient care. Our next major project is to get our healthcare facility a presence on the world wide web. I'm also the supervisor for our agency Security Department of which employs six security guards and one security lead. Show less

  Served as the Network Administrator for the Office of Information Technology at the Aberdeen Area Office. Was appointed the Area Information Systems Coordinator from 2001 to 2009. Designated Alternate ISSO for the Aberdeen Area from 2000 to 2009. Established a permanent computer training center in the Aberdeen Area Office that is still in use today and is utilized frequently by IHS Headquarters training requests. Successfully implemented a wireless mobile training unit that consisted of 30 laptops, cart and switches that could be setup at various locations to accommodate off-site training.
