I have had the pleasure of working with Marty in both a coworker and supervisor setting. Marty is one of, if not THE, hardest working, most knowledgeable Safety Professionals I have ever had the honor of working with. I have watched him and his ability to manage multiple sites with ease and keep exemplary safety records at each one of them simultaneously. His time management skills were always on point as well. On more than one occasion, when I needed something in a pinch, Marty was always there to provide me with whatever I asked of him, without hesitation. Marty didn't always receive the recognition and credit he was due because of our management team, but I can say, without reserve, that I wouldn't be where I am today without his help. Sometimes the leader is actually the one learning; Marty taught me a lot.
