I studied porous silicon nanoparticles intended for biomedical and pharmaceutical applications. My main interest was zeta potential and light scattering characterization of nanoparticles in their colloidal state, but I also worked with many other techniques. My role as a part of a collaborative projects was fabrication, characterization, and formulation of porous silicon nanoparticles. Topic of my thesis is "Characterization of porous silicon nanoparticles for biomedical applications." You can find it here http://urn.fi/URN:ISBN:978-951-29-6812-1 Show less
