Management of 70+ people in departmental structure cross country borders.Using experience from various production positions in localization and management of global teams, I moved my focus on Business Control in the company and contributes on financial control, development of company's dashboard and tuning cross-departmental process in the organization between 2015 and 2017.Years 2017 and 2018 were challenging to experiment with crowd sourcing solutions as part of our The Loc Lab organization, where I worked as CEO.
