I worked at the Taipei City Hall to serve my substitute service. I started a project that conserve electricity in the office that I work for. There are about 400 people in the office with 20 sections. I developed plans and methods to increase the staff knowledge about the lighting system. Education materials were created for all sections. I also made posters to foster waste diversion in the office. They have demonstrated improvement based on the custodians.
