It was responsible for managing which users were enrolled in which experiments, customising the experience for those users across Atlassian's suite of products, and reporting on the effect those changes had on user behaviour. • Designed and led the development of a scalable, cloud-based experiment service. The service increased the rate at which Atlassian could run experiments to test the impact of proposed feature changes. • Worked with cross-discipline teams to ensure maximum benefit from the system. • Worked with a team dedicated to improving performance of Atlassian's products to ensure the Product Growth Team's experiments did not adversely affect the customer experience. • Assisted with the recruitment of various roles within the Product Growth team.
