As a process engineer I work with both supporting the production lines and with projects (as lead). Mostly I work with manufacturing processes as gum cores, coating processes, and assembly of plastic components to finished devices. Support of production includes daily support (short term) but also complex root cause and problem solving (long term). Projects can include requirements/design/installation/qualification/validation of new equipment and changes of the processes. Quality Engineer

Worked with root cause analysis and investigations surrounding quality issues and claims from customers. Also project management on mostly projects for solving quality issues or improving quality performance.

Production Development Engineer

Performed an extensive energy summit on Höganäs processes in Sweden as an introduction program. Later assignments leaned more towards quality issues and quality performance evaluation. Projects aimed to improve mostly quality in the different production plants.In 2017 I worked closely with the production in a specific plant to solve the daily quality issues but also long term development.

Studied the corrosion of copper and copper alloys in RME. Designed experiments to understand the corrosion behaviour and affecting factors. Laborant

Performed accredited analysis and calibration methods for free cyanides, metals in water (such as Fe, Na and Zn), pH and TOC. Also analysed ions such as thiocyanate with a column. Retrieved many of the samples from the gas purification process at a coke plant. Engineering Internship

Worked foremost with optimization of the biological treatment at the coke plant; both through own lab trials and doing large scale runs. Got to use and develop theoretical knowledge from my ongoing education and get real experience from the industry.
