Dr. Starnes is a game changer with dignity and respect. She always puts her best foot forward, but the plan is to switch back into education. Martinique has a positive outlook and it shines bright within her daily work. I was in a Diversity Leadership Training which was highly overdue and needed within Los Angeles. She is a true asset that is loyal to her employer.

Laura M.

An excellent relationship builder, Martinique led program development for the Diversity in Leadership Initiative at CCSA. Her content was keenly focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, very well-executed and responsive to the needs of school leaders of color and allies in Los Angeles.
