I've also wrote the store employee schedule, recruited and trained new employees, managed human resources in our store, and created employee wage reviews.

  Taught students in American Sign Language in a variety of grades and levels. My student population varied from first grade to fifth grade and with students who were on level or needed support of varied approaches or using access points. All of my students had Individualized Educational Plans (IEP) that I created and managed. I collaborated with a team of teachers, parents, service providers, and the students themselves to ensure they were growing and learning.
