It is rare that you come across a true friend, a leader and a standout talent such as Martin Britz. I had the privilege to serve in the South African National Defence Force with Martin from 1991 to 1994 where we both served as military officers working on various projects. Since this early stage of our careers while working with Martin, I could see that he was working with uncompromised integrity and ethical principles while achieving outstanding results. After we both left the military and a few years on, I again worked with Martin involving several projects in the farming and telecommunication sectors in South Africa and the Democratic Republic of Congo. I admire Martin’s ability to lead, to command respect and mobilise people from different cultures with different priorities to follow him and achieve results. Martin is a team player with a strong ambition that drives him and his teams to accelerate and achieve outstanding results, be it operational performance, sales or project delivery. Martin and I became close friends while serving in the military and even on a personal level, I can testify that Martin lives his religious, family and professional values and priorities without compromise. I experience Martin as a trusted friend and a great family man. As a friend, a team member and an outstanding leader, Martin earns my highest respect and recommendation.
