Executive coaching with Martina has been game-changing. She has a breadth of knowledge, tools, and experience and her feedback and questions are insightful and productive. As a behavioral scientist, I appreciate that Martina recognizes the role of cognition in behavior but she goes much deeper into the emotional and physical intelligence that truly drives much of one's leadership impact. I highly recommend Martina to anyone interested in advancing their career and achieving greater life balance.

With "Highly relevant for my work" and "these sessions sparked important considerations for me as a leader" feedback, Dr. Wagner’s Leadership Excellence workshop for the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) earned a 4.75 out of a 5-star rating. In September, Dr. Martina Wagner, author, speaker, and executive coach, led a group of almost 60 global participants through a 3-part-webinar lunch series on building Leadership Excellence and achieving success in business. Before the workshop, participants took a behavioral assessment (Predictive Index), to gain insights about their work style and design teams that work like magic. Dr. Wagner led participants through guided group exercises to dive deeper into their profiles, leadership style, and resulting team dynamics. The second session introduced the importance of Physical (PI) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) for effective leadership. Participants learned that PI's thinking and emotional patterns can be changed, resulting in higher levels of assertiveness, confidence, and emotional control. They shared their experience and insights through moderated chats, polls and breakouts, in a highly engaging session. The third session brought initial concepts together to highlight what leaders need to achieve a sustainable business impact. Participants learned how Personality, Physical, and Emotional Intelligence can impact their leadership skills and abilities to build highly effective teams. As a special offer for participants Dr. Wagner dedicated an hour in a 1:1 session to discuss their specific situation. Dr. Martina Wagner is a highly engaging speaker with a wealth of knowledge and professional acumen who knows how to captivate her audience. Working with Martina on setting up the event, from inception, planning, communication, advertising, through actually running the webinar sessions, was extremely smooth and pleasant. Participants were delighted with the content she provided, as exemplified by a 4.75 out of 5-star rating in the post-event survey. Notably, they valued Dr. Wagner's effectiveness as a speaker and her extensive professional experience, making her highly relatable to the audience. Participants appreciated that the introduced frameworks applied to a wide range of career levels, from young professionals to senior leaders, and helped them with their professional and career development. HBA Indianapolis highly recommends Dr. Wagner as a speaker to any organization looking to offer professional development resources. We will be looking forward to working with her again in the future.

Martina has helped me to achieve high-quality work as a senior-level program manager. Having transitioned into a new, remote roll in 2020, Martina provided me with tangible skills in building presentations and communicating organization of information with competency to executive leadership. Through breathing techniques and other holistic approaches, I have come to be more confident, adaptable and skillful in my role.
