From March to September 2020, under the project Erasmus+, I was in Ljubljana to work on my masther thesis. In particular, due to the pandemic, from March to May I did a computational work: I've analyzed some articles, previously published by the research group I was working with: I have compared previously synthesized antibacterial molecules, analyzing their structure-activity relationship and predicting their pharmacokinetics, using specific software. From June to September, I worked in the laboratory at the University of Ljubljana and I have synthesized new molecules with antibacterial activity, which were tested on enzymes and bacteria. The title of my master thesis is: Synthesis and in silico prediction of physicochemical properties of N-phenylpyrrolamide-based DNA Gyrase B inhibitors. Show less
