I have followed Martina's progress since she was an Interaction Design student of mine at Iuav University of Venice over 2007–09. I found her intelligent and enthusiastic, fully receptive to advice and criticism but sufficiently independent-minded to arrive at her own conclusions. Her masters thesis, which I supervised, rightly gained full marks. Energetic and witty, she was popular with her colleagues and a pleasure to teach.
