During this extracurricular traineeship in one of the most widely renowned and prestigious luxury hotel properties in the German market, I gained first experiences in hospitality revenue management. My responsibilities under supervision included the creation and distribution of reports, price adjustments and price fencing, rate code loading, performance forecasting, as well as data analysis and reporting. I was allowed to join the Managements Weekly Strategy Meetings and so got the chance to gain insight in crisis management during the coronavirus pandemics.

I was employed as a service team member of the Michelin-starred on-site restaurant 'Edvard', helping out in a second restaurant, in banquet and in-room-dining on request.
