Following are the highlights of the value I brought to Molton Brown Ltd.: I designed and executed a five-year plan for EMEA hospitality with a focus on enhancing organisational productivity and profitability. I oversaw a hand sanitizing program for hotel customers, while working in close collaboration with a cross-functional team. I implemented Salesforce to optimise CRM and maximise sales. I fulfilled duties as a Member of Molton Brown Leadership team and ensured smooth functioning of operations. Conducted P&L management for UK and EMEA hospitality business valued over £8 M+ through direct sales and distribution. Steered business success; increasing EMEA sales by 13%, maximising profitability over 4%, boosting revenue growth over 350 K, and reducing overdue payments up to 40% within six months. Directed the development of a sustainable, luxury amenity solution for the hotel channel and launched in late 2020 with an 8% sales growth forecast. Set up new direct sales markets in Georgia, Croatia, Island, and Norway and signed major accounts, resulting in generating incremental revenue over £400 K. Improved the top-line growth of Turkish Airlines over +5% and created a positive impact on total division margin by implementing the inflight amenities program as a new customer segment. Spearheaded operations, including territory and market expansion, new partner contract negotiations, and operational improvements. Developed a new market for Molton Brown in Israel, identified key opportunities, and contracted a distribution partner for market capitalisation.
