  As part from the beginning of Bali HQ's establishment, this dynamic start-up company has given me knowledge as valuable as the MBA program.Starting as a Customer Service Representative and Blog Author in 2019, I handled customer feedback from Zendesk, Amazon, Lazada, Trustpilot, and Skype Call, as well as writing blogs and some landing pages for nine months.Having aptitude and interest in numbers and strategical thinking brought me to the position of Operations Assistant, which gave me experience in managing production (planning, budgeting, purchasing, and sourcing), inventory management, global logistics (China, U.S., Indonesia/Batam, U.K.), global compliance (EN149, FFP RD, CE Marks, NIOSH, and UKCA), and the research and development of new products, packaging, and user manuals.At the beginning of 2020, I successfully built the factory in Batam from scratch and worked closely with the contractor, legal entities, and the government. It required me to fly to Batam every quarter to control the process in the factory and to Bandung for material sourcing.As the global pandemic happened, the company scaled up from 10 people to almost 100 people worldwide. As having a broad knowledge of the company and an educational background in business management, I am honoured to be trusted as the Executive Assistant to the COO. I closely work with the executives, board of directors, and management. Giving my contributions from the macro perspective of business. Obviously, managing confidentiality that requires high integrity. As an Exec Assistant, I had the precious opportunity to manage many areas of business by managing small to large projects in each department.
