  I worked in a team of three persons in order to organize all the practical details of traineeships for students and EU citizens -with a European Scholarship ('Erasmus+')- or IdA project (people with physical or social problems) who have a work experience in the city of Vicenza. I'm specialized on tutoring the participants: Skype Interview before the departure, Italian intensive course, organization of the accommodation and tutoring during the staying are provided from the Incoming Team of Eurocultura. Particularly important to me is the tutoring side: COACHING and COUNSELING SKILLS are required to support the participant during their stay. Managing cultural shock, language barriers and work-challenges are common and one of the tasks I'm required to as an international trainer is to help the the person to find their way to keep calm and seek success through the length of the whole experience. Over the past years I had the chance to take part to Youth in Action Project: as you can see in the videos below, an international team of young Medias students gathered together in order to create a video on the city of Vicenza (Italy) and one on the city of Chemnitz (Germany). Team working and intercultural skills have been foundamental to make it possible! The project was followed by a conference on the European Projects "Welcome to Europe" (see the links below). Show less
