  As the responsible of the International Strategic Litigation Secretariat at Xumek, my role consisted on coordinating and managing the team's efforts in strategic litigation to defend human rights at the international stages. This required seeking relevant information, promoting internal dialogue to define effective strategies, and keeping ourselves updated with international standards.In addition, we submitted human rights reports at the request of international bodies such as the United Nations and the Organization of American States. Our focus on continuous development allowed us to improve our legal and technical skills through workshops and training sessions.The experience gained in this position has strengthened me as a professional and allowed me to contribute significantly to the goal of promoting and protecting the fundamental rights of individuals.   Red Popular de Acceso a Derechos, is a group of lawyers and other social science professionals who work collectively in the intervention in popular neighborhoods of Mendoza, facing situations of socio-legal precariousness. The main objective is to implement active listening strategies to understand the necessities and concerns of the community, guaranteeing a comprehensive approach to issues such as identity, education, family, criminal conflict, employment, housing, food and social security. It also tries to provide effective and efficient ways to resolve cases of violation of rights and access to justice, providing legal advice and support to people and families in situations of vulnerability.
