# During my time as head of controlling CEE i hat a leading role in establishing the legal entity of Brenntag in Turkey, from start up to a company generating an anual turnover of > € 20 Mio.# My responisibilities at this time included the complete setting up of accounting, controlling and creditmanagement as well as hiring local people and building a network of partners (auditors, tax, legal advisors). I was also responsible for the complete roll-out of our SAP system.# I established a company in Austria dedicated to purchase products for Turkey to improve our working capital. # During 2006-2008 Brenntag acquired 2 companies in Turkey i had a significant role in both M&A projects especially in the integration of the targets into our group structure. # As head of Controlling CEE i was responsible for a team of 5 controllers in Vienna. At this time Brenntag CEE in Vienna was the holding company for all subsidiaires in the CEE region with an annual turnover of > € 500 Mio. 1.200 employees and 14 companies.# My regular work was the reponsibility of the monthly Group reporting, forecasts and organizing the Budget process as well as investment calculations and M&A projects.# Under my responsibility we implemented a new MIS (Oracle Essbase) for the CEE region and organised the rollout of our new Group consolidation software (SAP BW).# As the groups key user for SAP i redesigned the SAP CO-PA.# I was a direct report to the Regional CFO and and included in all strategic decisions Show less
