I have worked with Martin at Draken Europe to develop a learning programme for our Career Starters. Martin developed a vision for an interactive programme of learning for those aspiring to undertaken a management /leadership role in the future. He worked to gain buy in for the board and then designed and developed a ground breaking programme for the organisation. This is the first time an action learning approach has been used in the organisation and has resulted in a change in thinking in relation to wider organisational training. The programme has delivered an amazing learning experience and in many cases the delegates have talked about it being life changing. I have learned much from Martin and I am now using his thinking to adjust my approach to course design and development.
