A big insurance company RSA (in Denmark Codan, Sweden Trygg-hansa) was moving their current DC to a new service provider in DK. Martin had the role of technical lead and project manager for parts of the project. The project included both a transition and transformation. Martin lead the work of creating the suggested designs for all transformation and transition activates which were presented to the architect board for reviewing and approval.
