      - Strictly monitor the room rate changes during the stay of the guest – the rate changes has to be as per the approved list sent by sales from time to time. - Meal Plan package charges and split need to be checked efficiently to avoid any distorted ARR. Check F&B voids-All food voids must be signed by the chef or his assistant and the void report prepared by the outlets as per the hotel P&P - Lost interface account to be checked on daily basis to ensure no charges are left unaccounted or any lost charges are transferred back to correct account. - Check LPO details - especially LPOs related to government offices in which case the details of the invoice should exactly match with the details in LPO. - Checks thoroughly, whether there is any unauthorized allowance, discount or revenue losses and bring to the attention of Hotel controllor of any unjustified allowance. - To check all refund and paid out transactions are supported by relevant documents. Guest’s signature is a must on the folio print out of both refunds and paid outs. Signature has to be verified with the registration cards to ensure refund has been received by the right person. - Paid out limits and services should be restricted for hotel guests only, not for any third party and need to be complied as per hotel policies and procedures. - High guest balance and credit limit has to be checked and informed to FOM to do the needful immediately. - Ensure that the credit card pre-auth completion is done within 2 week from the date of pre-auth.
