Martin has worked within my team for around two and half years. During that time Martin has led multiple projects, including the design of tilt down towers for the company’s 15kW wind turbine. The work involved design and analysis of the towers including static and fatigue stress analysis and natural frequency and buckling analysis, as well as producing all manufacturing drawings. Martin is enthusiastic, thorough and fast to learn. In a short time he was quickly able to take complex concepts on board and yet also develop detailed knowledge of the requirements of the relevant Eurocodes and other standards. He was able to work alone and also build good relationships with other team members. He could be relied upon to see a project through from start to completion.
