      Je donne un cours d'Introduction au leadership aux étudiants de 2e, 3e et 4e année en personne aux campus de Timmins, Kapuskasing et Hearst. À l'Université de Hearst, l'apprentissage est expérientiel, donc les étudiants ont l'occasion de développer leurs compétences en leadership en appliquant différentes méthodes pratiques. Cours enseigné: janvier 2023 Prochain cours : février 2024 I teach an Introduction to Leadership course to 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students in person at the Timmins, Kapuskasing and Hearst campuses. At Université de Hearst, learning is experiential, so students have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills by practicing different applied methods.       Martin is a dynamic executive coach who has a rich background in education and international market development. He has focused the majority of his career in the field of post-secondary education, student recruitment and mentoring at all levels and organizations. Having traveled around the world for work and leisure, he has visited over 35 countries and brings his world-class intercultural and collaborative approach to his coaching. Currently completing his Master of Education in Leadership, Evaluation, Curriculum and Policy Studies, Martin offers a practical yet personal approach to his sessions which are grounded in academic theory. Through his studies and professional experience, Martin is knowledgeable and has experience working with school boards, colleges and universities in Canada and abroad. He has completed a leadership, mentoring and coaching program for managers at the University of Ottawa, and this helped to further develop his listening, leadership, communication and collaboration skills. Martin is a FLOW certified coach and is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He listens to his clients with empathy and compassion and accompanies them on their personal and professional journey. Martin is fully bilingual in English and French, loves to work with his clients in the language of their choice. Martin volunteers as the Vice-Chair of The Rolling Barber, a non-profit organization in the Ottawa region that offers free hair and beard services to people experiencing homelessness and others in need. Martin has taught piano for many years. He is a proud supporter of creative arts in all forms, such as musicals, concerts, literature, and museums.
