Continuously monitored partner performance through robust SLA review processes and addressed stakeholder engagement through additional training and support.• Developed, presented and achieved buy for a business case to bring the delivery team responsibilities back in-house to improve delivery effectiveness and save over £300k per annum. Recruited 16 people in 6 months and implemented ISO9001 compliant Agile SLDC practices that saw a 400% reduction in production defects and 2x greater stakeholder engagement (CSAT).• Defined an Informatica ETL architecture that processed over 5 billion records per day and consistently met SLAs for data availability, including a Data Quality process that established trust in the data warehouse and reduced data incidents by a factor of 3.
