This company offered various jobs in different industries. One of the main industries was the hospitality sector, since many jobs were related to vacation parks in different parts of The Netherlands. The company offered jobs at some of the islands, but as well as hotels and parks within the mainland. In additional, there was various positions offered in restaurants and bar staff at some festivals. However, this company offered other jobs in different areas such as inventory management, industrial cleaning and some different positions at various events. During my time in the company, I learned many new skills and improve in both professional and personal aspect. In professional aspect, I became more organised and responsible regarding the work processes. Additionally, the possibility to work in different areas and different positions helped me receive diverse work experience and learn more about different industries. In personal aspect, I learned how to be more financially independent and more motivated and dedicated to accomplish everything I set out to do. I also worked with people from different countries, which helped me improve my intercultural awareness. Show less

During this job I acted in the role of a guide for an International Folklore Festival organised in Sofia City, Bulgaria. The festival was organised by one of the districts in Sofia, which is an administrative division of the Sofia Municipality. During this festival, dance groups from different countries around the world visited Sofia to participate in the festival. My role was to guide the groups from Colombia and Chile, ensuring that they have everything they need and to guide throughout the city and different concerts where they had to perform. In addition to the guide position, I also acted as a translator, where I had to be present and involved in communication on different levels in both Bulgarian and Spanish. Show less
