As a DevOps Engineer at Illuminance Labs I’m being part of a great team, full of talented people. This gives me the motivation and the opportunity to get an insight into various projects, parts of software development. To see the bigger picture behind advanced applications. My main mission is to support my team by provisioning and managing the infrastructure for our applications in the cloud(Amazon Web Services). Building CI/CD pipelines for continuous and safe release of applications. Other than that I had the chance to get into Frontend, Backend development and get deeper knowledge with SQL databases. During my journey at the company, I had to solve several interesting and challenging tasks: - Improving the level of security in AWS by increasing the usage of Secrets Manager. - Writing and deploying Cloudformation templates reguraly, gaining experience about IaC. - Provisioning infrastructure that serving its purpose while meeting the 6 pillars of the Well Architected Framework. - Upgrading CI/CD pipeline to run in a more effective, quicker way. - Getting familiar with many AWS services, trying to get them into our workflow. In the future I’m seeking new opportunities to grow my knowledge, learn new technologies while creating useful applications for people around the globe. Show less
