  RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership • Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback for lab assistants, making technicians, packing, and warehouse personnel. • Be a role model for quality and aseptic behaviors • Set lab priorities and action plans • Interpret quality SOP’s and standards; create and implement training aids/OPLs • Lead annual SQF audit for lab(s) • Communicate with corporate contacts for lab and quality concerns • Manage vacation schedules Systems • Train in SQF and showcase lab controls and recordkeeping during annual audit. • Owner of 5s standards, lab CIL’s, lab safe practices, and all lab quality documentation • Own all lab equipment and manage outsource servicing (repairs/PM’s) • Maintain quality document shredding/disposal • Owner of annual degree of difference testing and flavor reference system • Manage paperwork error system and precision and accuracy program • Own all system binders i.e. analytical methods and ‘sharepoint’ relevant to lab(s) • Responsible for lab month end reconciliation (includes the maintenance of records) Daily Management • Be a team quality resource o Confront quality outages and follow up when necessary o Identify quality near misses and potential problems o Comply, teach and monitor all GMP guidelines and aseptic techniques • Communicate laboratory progress for RTD and Aseptic business • Responsible for completion of the daily lab walkthrough and ensure we comply according to standards Show less
